MWSPay is committed to protecting users' privacy. We understand and appreciate concerns of visitors and users of this portal about their privacy, confidentiality, and security of information that may be provided by them to MWSPay.

MWSPay, in its role as a technology intermediary for insurance premium payments, may receive and process the following information:

• Account information: Name, email address, and mobile number provided during registration.
• Policy details: Policy numbers, insurer selection, date of birth, and other identifiers entered when fetching bills.
• Transaction data: Payment references, order IDs, amounts, timestamps, and status returned by payment gateways.
• Financial information: Bill amounts and due dates fetched from insurers via BBPS. MWSPay does not collect or store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details.
• Usage and log data: IP addresses, browser type, access times, and error logs collected for security and service reliability.

Collection of such information by MWSPay is in consonance with statutory and regulatory requirements and internal procedural and operating guidelines.

MWSPay collects personal information primarily to provide users with a secure and relevant experience on this portal. When doing so, MWSPay takes every reasonable effort to avoid excessive or irrelevant collection of data.

MWSPay may use a browser feature known as a "cookie." Cookies are small files placed on your device that assist in providing a customised browsing experience. Cookies provide convenience to the user to resume where they left off when accessing the portal.

Information that may be collected through cookies includes:

• Time and date when a user accessed the portal
• Pages the user visited
• Internet domain and IP address
• Browsing software used to access the portal

No attempt is made to gather or keep personal details to identify users except, in an unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a power to inspect activity logs.

• Use of TLS encryption for all data transmitted through the portal
• Firewalls, encryption, and data leakage prevention technologies to protect information
• Audit of all vendors and service providers, and execution of non-disclosure agreements before availing their services
• Continuous monitoring of MWSPay's physical and technical environment for vulnerabilities and potential intrusions, and implementation of controls to identify and address any concern related to protection of data
• Sensitive credentials such as API tokens and passwords are never logged or stored in plain text

Disclaimer: However, MWSPay shall not be made liable in any manner whatsoever for any default arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

We share data only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

• Insurers: Policy details are shared with the selected insurer to retrieve premium information via BBPS / Levin.
• Payment gateway: Transaction details are shared with Nimbbl to process payments securely.
• Hosting & infrastructure: Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Without prejudice to MWSPay's other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach any terms and conditions in any way of this Privacy Policy, MWSPay may take such action as it deems appropriate, including:

• Suspending your access to the portal
• Prohibiting you from accessing the portal
• Blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the portal
• Contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the portal
• Bringing court proceedings against you

MWSPay may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised Privacy Policy shall apply from the date of publication of the same on this portal. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in accordance with Indian law. The jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to the subject matter of this Policy shall be the Courts of New Delhi in India, and each of the parties hereto submits itself to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purpose of any such action.

Email correspondence sent to MWSPay is treated as a record and will be retained as required by law.

• The name and address details of senders are neither added to a mailing list nor disclosed to third parties without the consent of the sender, unless required by law.
• Email messages may be monitored by portal support staff of MWSPay for system troubleshooting and maintenance purposes.
