Role of MWSPay

MWSPay Insurance is operated by MoneyWave Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a technology intermediary. We provide a platform to fetch insurance premium bills via BBPS and to initiate payments through integrated payment gateways. We are not an insurer, insurance broker, or financial advisor. We do not issue, underwrite, cancel, or modify insurance policies.

Accuracy of Bill Information

Premium amounts, due dates, customer names, and other bill details displayed on this portal are fetched in real time directly from partner insurers via the BBPS system. MWSPay does not independently verify, modify, or guarantee the accuracy of this information. Insurers have final authority over policy status, premium amounts, and acceptance of payments. If the displayed information appears incorrect, contact the insurer directly before making payment.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed exclusively by Nimbbl, an independent third-party payment gateway. MWSPay does not process, store, or have access to your card details, bank account numbers, or UPI credentials. Payment success, failure, and settlement timelines are governed by Nimbbl and the respective issuing bank. MWSPay is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the payment gateway or banking network.

No Financial or Insurance Advice

Nothing on this portal constitutes financial advice, insurance advice, or a recommendation to purchase or continue any insurance policy. All insurance-related decisions — including premium amounts, coverage, renewals, and cancellations — are between the policyholder and the insurer.

Third-Party Links and Services

This portal integrates with third-party services (Levin FinTech for biller connectivity and Nimbbl for payments). MWSPay is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

MWSPay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: insurer non-acceptance of premiums; incorrect bill details returned by insurers; payment gateway failures; user error in entering policy details; or service unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
